Pattern for a 3 dimensional Tuxedo Kitty

Ears need to be sewn on, but arms, legs, and tail are integrated into the beadwork.

Sized for 11/0 or 15/0 Miyuki round seed beads. Other brands of seed beads may not be the same dimensions or have a different length to width ratio which may distort the pattern slightly. Cylinder beads like Delicas will not work well because of their flat sides.

5 colors of 15/0 or 11/0 round seed beads. Approximately 4,500 beads total.

Round black opaque glass beads for the eyes: 3 mm for 15/0, or 4 mm for 11/0

Stuffing material is used in the body.

Skills needed: Peyote stitch in the round, stepping up at the end of rows. Ability to start peyote stitch without a starter strip. Ability to follow a detailed word chart.

NOT a beginner's pattern. For the more advanced level.

Finished size approximately 2.75" (7 cm) tall when made in 15/0. 3.5" (9 cm) tall when made in 11/0 Miyuki round seed beads.

This is a detailed pattern that requires close attention to increases and decreases to maintain the shape.

The word chart is much more detailed than usual to keep the shape going perfectly.
